Operation and Maintenance Guarantee
Once the asset has been completed and delivered, it will enter commercial operations. During this period the power producer will contract Operations and Maintenance professionals to ensure optimal performance of the energy asset during commercial operations.
During the O&M service contract, it will be required that the energy asset is maintained and serviced to maximise its performance and reduce potential downtime.
O&M Guarantees are required as part of these contracts to make sure that the obligations under the contract are met.
