Nordic Guarantee is a subsidiary of Manzillo Holdings Limited.

Manzillo has holdings in a number of European insurance companies, of which the largest is Red Sands Insurance Company (Europe) Limited. The company also has an association with Lombard Insurance Company (”Lombard”), the leader in sureties and guarantees in the South African market, and has arranged with them to provide Nordic Guarantee with additional expertise and technical support.
